Brittany discusses what her starting point was as a female entering fitness and the standards that women must face daily.  She discusses everything she did in fitness and what went wrong that led her to finally finding strength in training.  Brittany also sheds light on what mistakes to avoid as a female exerciser or as a personal trainer when working with female clients.
