He goes over the ranges from unhealthy to healthy, different percentiles for gender and how age effects body fat.  Chris also goes over how to accurately test someones if you only have 30$ or up to $2000.  Chris also revisits his early days in personal training retelling a story of how he used skin fold callipers, pencils and calculators to assess body fat before apps and websites carried the formulas.
